New World has passed through several Alpha tests since August 2020. It is now finally ready to launch globally. New World is going to be released on different servers at different times. They brought the time factor into consideration and are releasing the game seeing the benefits of the players.
There are five servers that are going to release on 28th September 2021.
- 8 AM CEST EU Servers will launch (9/27 at 11 p.m PT)
- 8 AM BRT South American Servers will launch (9/28 4 a.m PT)
- 9 PM AEST Australian Servers will launch (9/28 4 am PT*)
- 8 AM ETNA East Coast Server will launch (9/28 at 5 am PT)
- 8 AM PT NA West Coast Servers will launch
New world Asia server release date
Unfortunately, there are no servers for the Asia region. The New World confirmed that there will be no SEA servers. The players from the South East Asia region are disappointed by this announcement of the New World. According to data, the players from the SEA region have to connect their servers in Australia. This results in a bad ping and a bad gameplay experience.
The players from the SEA region are also demanding a refund of money that they spent on pre-purchasing the game since there is no dedicated server in Asia. They are also requesting any nearby server region like a server in Hong Kong. Any server near SEA will help players to get a good ping. However, the New World games haven’t given any replies to this request. It means either the players from the SEA region will have to change their servers and connect to Australia or can stop playing the game.
Upcoming items and events in New World
There will be a variety of exclusive, free items, which will be available through Prime Gaming. The first event of the New World will be Pirate Packs. You can claim this pack on the launch and can be claimed by 1st November 2021. This pack contains exclusive pirate character skin and an emote. Moreover, you will get 5000 Marks OF Fortune, it is an exclusive currency used to buy cosmetic items from the in-game store. The next event will comprise Pirate Pack 2. This pack will contain a pirate sword skin, a finger-across-the-throat emote, and a pack of three crests. It will be available from 12th October 2021 to 1st November 2021 only for Prime Gaming Membership holders.
