The last one to claim a spot on the top three of our list is none other than the beloved mouse, Speedy Gonzales from Looney Tunes! He is portrayed as the “Fastest mouse in the entirety of Mexico”. He is extremely fast, and quick-witted and also speaks in an overemphasizing Mexican accent. This little cheese enthusiast was first shown in the 1953 show, Cat-Tails For Two.
He usually wears the most recognizable Mexican attire that usually the natives of Mexico wear. He wears a yellow Sombrero, with a white shirt and trousers and a handkerchief. 4. Fernando – Looney Tunes
He is a character from the cartoon series Looney Tunes and Merrie Melodies. He is a Mexican mouse friend of Speed Gonzales. He made his first appearance on Tabasco Road. In this series, he had to be saved by his friend Speedy Gonzales from a hungry and feral cat.
In Tabasco Road, Speedy Gonzales had to save his friends Pablo and Fernando from a huge and ravenous alley cat. Fernando like Speed Gonzales wears a yellow Sombrero and white shirt and trousers. Speedy in Tabasco Road from Looney Tunes eventually saved him which only deepened the bond between these two mouse friends!
5. Slowpoke Rodriguez – Looney Tunes
This little mouse is the slowest character in the entirety of Mexico! He is also the cousin of Speedy Gonzales who is his exact opposite. Because of being so slow on his feet, he is unlike his cousin never able to outrun those fiendish cats. However, being slow in just one department doesn’t mean that he can’t save his own skin in desperate times.
Despite being slow he is much smarter than anyone else even his cousin! He makes use of his quick thinking in situations where he is in danger! He carries a gun and uses it whenever needed. 6. El Tigre – The Adventures Of Manny Rivera
This show revolves around the thirteen-year-old boy Manny Rivera who has superpowers that he uses to defeat his foes. He can transform into a masked superhero El Tigre. His ancestors had superpowers too including his father who was a superhero and his grandfather who was a villain. As he continues this legacy he will face many bizarre opponents which will sometimes pose a great threat to Manny or the superhero El Tigre.
However, he by hook or by crook will prevail. He wants to go down the path of good but deep down he feels that going down the path of evil and becoming a villain would be much more heart-throbbing and exciting. 7. Jose And Manuel – Looney Tunes
Both Jose and Manuel are two crows who first appeared in the “Mexicali Shmoes” as cats. Both of them are very lazy and remain idle most of the time throughout the series. Both of these crows love to doze off most of the time. They are also not very intelligent and can be quite foolish at times.
